Connecticut

Connecticut consists of the main room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Linens and towels are not included.

Georgia

Georgia consists of the main room with a dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Linens and towels are not included.

The main room in Rhode Island has a double bed, lights and a table with two chairs. There is also a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, cabinets, sink, toaster, coffee maker, and a hot plate. There is a full bathroom with a shower stall. This cabin also features a deck and shared fire pit. Not pet-friendly.  Linens and towels are not included. 

New Jersey

The main room in New Jersey has a double bed, lights and a table with two chairs. There is also a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, cabinets, sink and a hot plate. There is a full bathroom with a shower stall. This cabin also features a deck and shared fire pit. Not pet-friendly. Linens and towels are not included. 

South Carolina

South Carolina is an efficiency that is slightly larger than New Jersey and Rhode Island. The main room has a double bed, two chairs, table with two chairs, and a closet. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, apartment-sized oven/stove, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cabinet space. The full bathroom includes a shower stall. There is a covered porch, a picnic table, and a private fire ring. Not pet-friendly. Linens and towels are not included. 

Maine

The main room in Maine has a Queen bed, lights and a table with two chairs. There is also a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, cabinets, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a full bathroom with a shower stall. Not pet-friendly. Linens and towels are not included. 

Glamping Site

The glamping sites will have a canvas overlay with a raised platform as flooring. They each have an open-floor plan containing a queen-sized bed, a twin bunk, a changing partition, and a couch. No linens. Fully furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a kitchen prep table. There are electrical outlets available with a water spigot. Each glamping site porch will come with two rocking chairs.

Full Hookup w/30 amp

The RV sites include a 50-AMP hook-up, sewage connect, and a water spiggot. These sites also include access to a fire ring and picnic table.

Full Hookup w/50 amp

The RV sites include a 50-AMP hook-up, sewage connect, and a water spiggot. These sites also include access to a fire ring and picnic table.

Full Hookup w/30 amp

The RV sites include a 30-AMP hook-up, sewage connect, and a water spiggot. These sites also include access a fire ring and picnic table.

Primitive Site

The primitive sites come with space for tent(s), along with access to a picnic table and fire ring. No water or electrial outlets available on the site itself. Access to shared bathrooms within walking distance available on property.

Tent Site

These regular tent sites come with space for tent(s), including electrical outlets and water spigots. They also come with access to a picnic table and a fire ring.

Primitive Cabin

Each cabin will have two rooms: One room with 2 sets of bunk beds, and the main room with a sitting table and chairs. This will also include a sleeper sofa. There are various electrical outlets throughout the cabin. While there is no internal plumbing or linens, there is access to a fire ring, picnic table and water spigot outside.

Michigan

Michigan consists of the main living room with a full dining room area and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

• The main room includes a couch, a sitting chair, and coffee table.
• The dining area includes a dining room table and chairs.
• The kitchen area has a refrigerator, oven/stove, sink, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker.
